Goods, services, delivery and any other charges displayed on the Alchemy Direct website are current when accessing the website.
Whilst every reasonable care is taken to ensure the accuracy of all product information and pricing displayed we do not accept liability for pricing,  nor any product or service information.  In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Alchemy Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If this is the case Alchemy Direct will immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Ordering Procedure Protocols

Orders will only be despatched once full payment has been received by Alchemy Direct and we are satisfied the order has fulfilled all our professional and legal obligations.

Without limiting any other provision of the Terms & Conditions herein, Alchemy Direct is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or an order cancellation.

By placing an order you constitute to enter into an agreement with us (‘your order’).  We will email you a confirmation of your order for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your order.
A confirmation of order does not constitute an acceptance of your order or indicate the status of your order.

Alchemy Direct Cancellation

We reserve the right to remove, edit or cancel orders or any part thereof, cancel and not provide any product or service or terminate any account at our sole discretion at any time.
Without limiting any other provision of the Terms & Conditions herein, we will not be liable for any loss, damage or damages incurred arising from upholding these rights.

Customer Cancellation

An order can only be cancelled if you have not received an order confirmation.  If you need to cancel an order contact us immediately on 1300 886 891.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our Return & Exchange policy.

Delivery

It is your responsibility to supply accurate and complete delivery address details at the time of ordering.
If you enter incorrect or insufficient address details we are not liable for the expense of re-sending the products to the correct address.

We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery for all products and whilst we make every effort to deliver by this time all dates and times are estimates only, and there is no guaranteed time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Alchemy Direct if their order does not arrive.  Once we are made aware that an order has not arrived by the estimated date and time we will immediately make enquiries with our courier or postal service to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
We will not be held liable for any loss, damage or damages incurred resulting from late delivery.

If an item is lost in transit we will not despatch a replacement item immediately.  We reserve the right to replace any item lost in transit at our discretion.
Without limiting any other provision of the Terms & Conditions herein, we do not accept liability for any loss, damage or damages incurred from any products lost, stolen or damaged in transit, or after delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully.  We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
  Alchemy Direct customers have the right to a repair, replacement, credit or refund if the products supplied are:

• Faulty
• Wrongly described
• Do not do what they are supposed to do

Damaged or faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable time to Alchemy Direct with proof of purchase.  In the event you receive a damaged or faulty product we will refund the original product price and delivery fees via the original method of payment.  If you opt for a replacement product we will despatch the replacement, subject to availability, when we have received the faulty product, at our cost.  If you opt for repair, this will be carried out as soon as possible and the product returned to you at our cost. If a credit is required we will issue you with a credit voucher.

Please allow 14 days from our receipt of product for refunds to be processed.
Any scheduled (prescription and some over-the-counter medications) medications may not be returned under any circumstances due to Queensland Health Regulations.

Release & Indemnity

You agree unconditionally to waive any and all claims you have currently or may have in the future against Alchemy Direct or Alchemy Pharmacy which directly relate or are incidental to any transaction conducted.
You agree to indemnify and hold Alchemy Direct and Alchemy Pharmacy harmless from and against any and all claims, losses or expenses which may be incurred by Alchemy Direct and Alchemy Pharmacy which relate to or are incidental to the execution of its duties as detailed in these Terms & Conditions including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other persons and/or as a result for proceeding with action or refraining from taking action or instituting or defending any legal proceeding.
You further agree to indemnify and hold Alchemy Direct and Alchemy Pharmacy harmless from any claim made by any third person as a result of your use of the Alchemy Direct website, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or any other user of this website, of any intellectual property or associated property or other right of any persons or entities.
