To shop online:
- It’s easy! Select your products either using the categories navigator or the search engine, enter the quantity you wish to purchase then click ‘add to cart.
- When you have finished shopping click on ‘checkout.
- If you are a registered customer enter your username and password, otherwise click on ‘New’.
- If you are a new customer of Alchemy Pharmacy you will be required to complete all fields before your transaction can take place.
- Enter your payment details and the order will be completed.

If you prefer to order by fax or post simply fill out a ‘Fax or Mail Order Form’ and fax directly to Alchemy Direct on

Payment methods
Alchemy Direct accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express & Diners Club. We utilise internationally recognised Secure Server Certificate (SSL) technology to ensure customer security. Please note that we do not accept US issued cards as a means of payment.
We also use Gateway technology which ensures your credit card details are safely processed within a secure environment. We do not have a copy of your credit card details unless you elect to pay by credit card over the phone or via fax.
We also accept money orders or bank cheques but please note delivery will only occur once payment has been received.
You also have the option to place the order via Alchemy Direct then pay in person when you collect your order.
